The HUNGERBALL Hauora (Wellbeing) 2022 project is delivering fun and games to 35 South Auckland schools.
That’s a whole lot of kids doing a whole lot of running around with HUNGERBALL.
We are excited to be collaborating with John Walker Find your Field of Dreams Foundation and Grassroots Trust.
Without their enthusiasm and financial support, HUNGERBALL could not have reached so many awesome tamariki.
The aim of HUNGERBALL Hauora (Wellbeing) 2022 is to jump-start the kids of all abilities back into fun interactive physical activity while delivering safely across different Covid restriction levels.
I just wanted to thank you for this opportunity. We had the best experience today and the children were beyond excited and had the time of their lives. We have been having a very stressful time lately and very low numbers it was so cool to see the children with smiles on their faces and briefly forgetting all the drama going on around them. Ryan was fantastic, he set it up fast and the children thoroughly enjoyed their sessions with him. He was very accommodating as we had some last-minute cases this morning and some classes had to go home so I had to rejig the timetable at the last minute but he was great with it all. Thank you so much.
