HUNGERBALL New Zealand and The Sir Ray Avery Foundation have signed a partnership agreement to promote HUNGERBALL Games and Amigo Bars in schools throughout New Zealand and Internationally.
“Andu used his health psychology background to develop a fun, low impact mobile sports arena to encourage kids to play football, hockey and other games in a team environment and this was a perfect opportunity to combine the two key ingredients of, good nutrition and exercise, to grow healthy active New Zealand kids.
The key messages we are getting from schools across New Zealand is that kids learn better if they have good nutrition combined with regular physical exercise.
What excites me about Hungerball is that they have developed a body ball game (aka Endgame) which is very intense and gives a huge cardio workout.
It’s so popular it’s replacing soccer because it uses all body parts.

The Sir Ray Avery Foundation will donate free amigo bars to kids in need at specific Hungerball events.

After hundreds of events where HUNGERBALL Soccer was enjoyed by many a thousand, in 2017 the HUNGERBALL Hockey adaptation was developed with the help of Hockey New Zealand and is already very popular.
From its inception, HUNGERBALL expanded into other parts of the world, having already been played in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and Venezuela. To support the development of HUNGERBALL as a global sport, in October 2016 the HUNGERBALL Soccer International Federation (HSIF) was established to govern the HUNGERBALL Soccer rules, equipment, and licensing rights for organising HUNGERBALL competitions anywhere in the world.
